It's sweetened only with Colombian Organic Panela, an unrefined natural and caramel like product from sugar cane. 

Mix one tablespoon with a splash of boiling water, add 200ml heated milk and stir.

For cafes and home baristas, heat milk and chocolate with your steam wand for a smooth and velvety textured hot chocolate or mocha.

Also perfect to put in your chocolate shaker for cappuccino toppings.
