I started KoKo with one goal in mind: to craft coffee that's as rich in flavour as it is in story.
Every batch we roast is a celebration of the highest quality sustainably farmed coffee beans forged by dedication, expertise and tradition shaped by innovation and graced by the environment.
Visiting our producers provides an insight into the relationship they have with their soil, and the chance to collaborate on the processing techniques they use to produce beans they’re proud of. And we get the biggest kick out of roasting this coffee to be served at the finest establishments for people to enjoy.
It's also our purpose to connect you with the producer, sharing the unique story from seed to cup that has made it into truly specialty coffee - what can be a magical experience.

In Indonesia our volunteer work with subsistence farmers has improved the returns of their crops, and in East Africa, Central and South America we know the farmers and cooperatives they supply.

Our Craft
Roasting is what we do - it’s our craft, our focus, and one of the most important, careful steps in a long journey from seed to cup. We roast in small batches to bring out the best in our unique range of microlot coffees, and to create distinctive blends tailored to suit your favourite profile.
Our purpose is to honour what each coffee is capable of - to preserve its natural characters while bringing it to its full potential.
Because every coffee is different, we roast each one with intention. Some need a lighter touch; others ask for a little more development. By paying close attention to the curve, we draw out subtleties, depth, and complexity - delivering a cup that’s true to origin and full of flavour.
