Both coffees are intensely expressive, yet strikingly different in character. The washed Bourbon Aji is layered, syrupy and beautifully composed, while the natural Wush Wush is vivid, expressive and boldly realised. Together, they showcase just how far quality, varietal selection and processing can be pushed when handled with precision and intent.
