There’s a rhythm to it: you receive a different blend each month, sent in a set order. So while you'll have an idea of what’s coming, it still keeps things fresh. It's a chance to taste your way through our blend range, and who knows - you might just fall for one of them and decide to stick with it.

Bar Pressure: 8.0 
Brew time: 24 - 30 sec  
Brew weight: 42g 
Brew Ratio: 1:2 

Espresso recipe developed on a La Marzocco Linea using 20g baskets and should be taken as a starting point, not set in stone as different machines extract in different ways. 

Blend Shuffle Subscriptions started any time during the month are shipped together on the first Tuesday of the following month.

As we get everything ready, your shipping label may be created in advance - this triggers an email with your tracking info. While it might look like your coffee’s on the move, it won’t actually leave our roastery until that first Tuesday!
